Product description ABS-Lock X-HD
Anchorage point - DIBt-certified for concrete hollow core slab ceilings
Our ABS-Lock X-HD anchor was specially designed to secure up to 3 of your workers carrying out dangerous roof work high up on a flat roof built of hollow-core slabs. Our anchorage device is installed using 4 hollow slab expansion dowels. It is manufactured completely from stainless steel and comes with a base plate measuring 220 x 220 mm. This flat roof safety device consists of a screw-on anchorage eyelet and a Ø 16 mm rod designed to buckle under stress.
Our ABS-Lock X-HD has been awarded national technical approval (= German "abZ" certification) by the German Institute for Construction Technology (Deutsche Institut für Bautechnik = DIBt) which also extends to the installation materials supplied. The anchorage point is highly weather-resistant, is labelled with all the important production and usage details as well as the "Ü sign" symbol. This symbol certifies that the device conforms with the "abZ" requirements. With all this information to hand, you will find all your questions answered when it comes to installing the device, approving it for usage and inspecting it during your annual audits.
Our anchorage point is also certified in accordance with EN 795, as well as CEN/TS 16415, for simultaneous usage by 3 individuals.
