Find out more about our ABS-Lock X-SR-B-AS This multifunctional single anchorage point (SAP) combines an anchor with abseiling functionality

Our robust ABS-Lock X-SR-B-AS stainless steel anchorage point is a real all-rounder: It is specially reinforced to not only serve up to 3 individuals as a fall protection anchor but to also be used by industrial climbers, window cleaners & Co. as an anchorage eyelet for abseiling purposes.

Industrial climbers work in situations where it is difficult - or even impossible - to reach the intended place of work using a scaffolding or similar technical solution. Our ABS-Lock X-SR-B-AS anchorage point can be used as an anchor for connecting up your cabling system. Once firmly installed, industrial climbers can use it to clean your windows, glass frontages and facades, carry out repairs, tend your trees or hang up posters.

Our ABS-Lock X-SR-B-AS is manufactured completely from weather-resistant stainless steel material and reinforced with a welded on supporting tube. This means that this anchor can easily withstand the load ensuing from recurrent usage by 1 individual abseiling down from it. The device is attached to a concrete subsurface using a base plate. This is anchored into place using the 4 drive-in dowels supplied. These anchors must be hammered at least 70 mm into a layer of concrete at least 120 mm thick.

This anchor has also been tested and certified as a fall protection device for simultaneous usage by 3 individuals working at heights in accordance with EN 795. This means that the system can also be used as a fall protection device during maintenance and other work on a flat roof surface.

Important: The simultaneous use of the device by several individuals is strictly limited to its application as a fall protection system -  when being used for abseiling / climbing purposes, only 1 individual is allowed to hook up to it!
