Our stainless steel ABS-Lock X-T-One anchorage point offers you a practical fall arrest solution which can be installed retrospectively through the trapezoidal sheeting on your roof. The big advantage is that this model is kind to your insulation. This anchor, which is equipped with a supporting rod, is constructed in such a way that it completely fills up the bore hole that is made during installation. How does it work? It is really simple: The system is fixed in place using just one single, specially-designed toggle bolt which is included in the package. Once installed, the anchorage point offers roof workers & Co. a safe and reliable point to rope up to when used in combination with suitable personal fall protection equipment (PPE).
Installing an ABS-Lock X-T is child's play: All you need to do is to drill just one hole through the trapezoidal sheeting to install it. In addition, you need to cut a 32 mm opening through the insulation material using a hole saw. As our compact anchorage point does not come with a base plate, it is simply inserted through the circular opening. This feature is what makes this anchorage point for individuals an outstanding solution for retrospective installation on an existing roof surface.
Our ABS-Lock X-T-One has been tested and labelled according to EN 795:2012, A and CEN/TS 16415:2017 for simultaneous usage by up to 3 individuals - and provides a reliable hold on trapezoidal sheeting with a depth of 0.75 mm and above. Implement this high-quality stainless steel fall arrest device either as a single anchorage point or as a component in a lifeline system. Thanks to its special supporting rod, the ABS-Lock X-T One is ideally suited for usage in an ABS-Lock SYS lifeline system. We would be happy to help you to realise your own individual fall arrest solution.
