Our ABS Weight OnTop Double lets you set up a flexible lifeline system on a flat roof with a pitch of up to 5° without having to pierce the roof membrane. This clever anchorage device is simply weighed down using 16 concrete slabs (each measuring 50 x 50 x 5 cm and weighing 28 kg; not included). The weights are placed on a 150 x 150 cm frame across which PE meshing material is stretched - a real space-saver compared to other common "on top" products.
Our ABS Weight OnTop Double is based on a high quality stainless steel frame with aluminium crossbars and is equipped with a central anchorage point made of stainless steel - specially designed to buckle under stress. Our ABS Weight OnTop Double has been tested for usage by up to 2 individuals according to EN 795 and CEN/TS 16415. Simply reinforce the device by adding a supporting tube to use it as a corner or end support in a lifeline system.
Our ABS Weight OnTop Double weighs ca. 483 kg (concrete) / ca. 485 kg (gravel), resulting in a total roof load of approx 214.7 kg (concrete) / 215.6 kg (gravel) per m². It can be used as either a retention or arresting system - depending on the particular application you have in mind. Our Service Team would be happy to help you plan the perfect anchorage solution - one that fully meets your own individual needs.
