Aluminium rail safety system - lightweight and easy to install

It is lightweight, easy to install, robust, made of tempered aluminium and has been awarded national technical approval (“abZ”) for usage on flat and pitched roofs (max. pitch: 75°). What more does an interruption-free fall protection system need? You can adapt our ABS AluTrax rail system perfectly to the structural conditions on site - using our standard curves (90°, horizontal and vertical) or with rails and angular brackets guaranteed to meet your requirements. The advantage of using a rail system over a lifeline solution is that it can be used in combination with our ABS AluRoll rail glider - providing you with an easy-to-use and interruption-free setup. This glider is also manufactured from high-strength aluminium material - with stainless steel ball bearing rollers for an extra-smooth gliding experience. This system is also ideal for usage as an overhead solution when used in combination with a self-retracting lifeline (SRL) - for example, for cleaning facades or windows. So you are optimally secured, even if the system is located 15 m above you.

Normally, our standard rail safety system comes with 234 cm aluminium rails and 90°curves. If you have planned your system using our Lock Book tool, we would be happy to adapt the components for you upon request. And to ensure that there are no gaps in your documentation, our systems are equipped with weather-resistant labels. Although you will find all the information you need right there on your anchorage device, you can also read the Data Matrix Code using our app - or use your smartphone to quickly take pictures of the installation to complete the documentation process. Paperwork is a thing of the past.
