ABS-LockSeal Plastic
Sealant collar for anchorage points (Ø 16, 24 and 42 mm) - specially designed for PVC, PP and PE roof surfaces

Whether you have a PVC, PP or PE roof surface - our ABS-LockSeal Plastic solution offers you a reliable way of sealing up a braod range of synthetic roof membranes supplied by different manufacturers. The disc of this high-quality sealant collar is 220 mm in diameter and is simply fused onto the roof membrane. Shrink tubing is then placed around the shaft of the collar to finish off the sealing up process - simply cover up the rim of the collar and shaft of the anchor or lifeline system support and then heat the shrink tubing up from top to bottom so that it shrinks to provide a watertight finish.

Our ABS-LockSeal Plastic can be used for 16 & 24 mm rods as well as for 42 mm reinforced supports. There are 3 models to choose from - for PVC, PP and PE membranes. These can be used to seal up anchorage systems installed on many different types of roof membrane supplied by numerous maufacturers. Do you need an extra-long sealant collar? No problem! We also supply an ABS-LockSeal Extension which is available in three different lengths: 300, 600 and even 1200 mm.

Our product portfolio also includes our ABS-LockSeal XL Plastic model. This is an extra-long collar manufactured from one single piece of material which can be shortened on the spot to the required length. A series of notches placed at 20 mm intervals show where to cut for a neat, straight edge.
