Sealant collar for fall protection anchors installed on a bitumen roof surface (Ø 16, 24, 42 mm)

To make sure that your roof is just as watertight as before you installed your anchorage device, fall protection anchors and system supports can be sealed up afterwards. Our ABS Safety sealant collars provide a quick and easy-to-use, reliable solution for flat roof surfaces covered with a bitumen membrane: Our ABS-LockSeal Bitu and Bitu-S models are simply fused onto the roof membrane and are available in two finishes: Sanded and slated. Both products are easy to install and extremely durable; our slated model is also root-resistant.

The shaft of our ABS-LockSeal Bitu and Bitu-S models is not only suitable for usage with a 16 or 24 mm rod but can also be used to seal up a supporting tube measuring 42 mm in diameter. Simply cut off the narrower protruding extension to fit the collar perfectly to a broader tube. If you would like to extend an ABS-LockSeal Bitu or Bitu-S seal, you can use one of our ABS-LockSeal Extensions which are available in 3 different lengths: 300, 600 and 1200 mm. All our ABS-LockSeal products have been specially designed for usage with ABS Safety anchorage points and lifeline systems.

Are you looking for a longer seal which has been manufactured in one homogenous piece? Then we can also supply just the perfect solution for sealing up your fall arrest system! Our extra-long ABS-LockSeal XL Bitu & Bitu-S sealant collars are both 300 mm long and can be easily shortened on the spot to the right length. Practical notches every 20 mm make it easy to cut an ABS-LockSeal XL Bitu or Bitu-S to size for a perfect fit.
